1. Who is DebtNegate.com? T-Key Solutions, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “TKS”) owns and operates DebtNegate (hereinafter referred to as “DN”). This includes operating the website located at https://debtnegate.com/ (“Our Site”, “The Site”, “This Website”). “DN” exists with the sole purpose of providing up-to-date, useful knowledge so you can tackle debt and start to keep more money in your pocket. “DN” is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any information you share with us.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Information We Collect: We only collect the personal information that you willingly provide on a voluntary basis—for example, when you fill out our contact form to request info or ask a question. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate.

4. Third Party Websites Our relationship with third-party websites is currently limited to CuraDebt.com and Google. CuraDebt is responsible for the advertisements on our site. We use Google Analytics to track and collect visitor information.

When you follow a link or click an ad that takes you away from debtnegate.com, you are subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of that third party. We are not responsible for their content or data collection practices. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website does not imply an endorsement by us.

6. Information We Automatically Collect We use Google Analytics to track visitors and visits to this website. A certain amount of information regarding browser types, device characteristics, and site navigation is automatically collected.

  • How long we need the information to complete any purposes outlined in the services we recommend.

DebtNegate.com does not receive any fees for any free counseling sessions. If you qualify for the Performance Based Debt Settlement Program, we may receive a small compensation that has no effect on the cost of your services. Not all services are available in all states. Individual results vary. Past outcomes are not a prediction of future results. No one can initially guarantee debt will be reduced at any specific percentage.

DebtNegate DOES NOT assume or pay any consumer debts and DOES NOT provide tax or legal advice. If you seek legal or tax advice, you should consult with a qualified, knowledgeable, competent tax specialist or attorney. Read and understand all contract provisions and terms prior to enrollment.
