  • Verification: To protect your security, we will verify your identity against information on record before processing requests. We reserve the right to decline unverified requests.
  • Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf in writing. Corporate agents must be registered with the California Secretary of State.

8. Minor’s Right to Opt-In We do not intentionally collect or sell personal information from consumers known to be under 16 years of age. Therefore, no opt-in mechanism for minors is required.

If you qualify for the Performance Based Debt Settlement Program, we may receive a small compensation that has no effect on the cost of your services. Not all services are available in all states. Individual results vary. Past outcomes are not a prediction of future results. No one can initially guarantee debt will be reduced at any specific percentage.
