1. Quick Disclaimer “DebtNegate” provides “The User” with access to its content, resources, tools for communication, public forums, commerce platforms, and other services through its network of websites, “The Service”. “DebtNegate” provides its service to the user, subject to the following Terms of Service.

“DebtNegate” is not responsible for providing you access facilities or equipment (in any form) to its service. You, “The User”, also comprehend and concur that “The Service” may include advertisements and sponsorships and that these are necessary for “DebtNegate” to provide “The Service”. You also comprehend and agree that “DebtNegate” makes no submission about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, accuracy of the information, products, services, and related graphics contained within “The Service” for any purpose. “The Service” is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. “DebtNegate” hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to “The Service”.

2. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms of Service “The Service” is provided to you, “The User”, under the terms and conditions and any amendments thereto and any operating rules or policies that may be published from time to time by “DebtNegate” as part of the Terms of Service and related disclosures which are cumulatively included herein by reference. The “DebtNegate” Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between “The User” and “DebtNegate” and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein. BY CONTACTING VIA EMAIL, PHONE, OR COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING THE “SUBMIT” BUTTON, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE “DebtNegate” Terms of Service.

3. Modification of These Terms of Use “DebtNegate” reserves the right to change any of the terms, conditions, and notices under which “The Services” are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions, including changes/modifications if any incorporated by us from time to time. Your continued use of “The Service” constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

4. Modification to “The Service” “DebtNegate” reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, “The Service” (or any part of “The Service”) with or without notice to “The User” at any time and from time to time. “The User” agrees that “DebtNegate” shall not be liable to “The User” or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

5. User Conduct “The Service” may include e-mail services, message boards, chat areas, newsgroups, forums, communities, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (collectively, “Tools for Communication”). You agree to use the Tools for Communication only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Tool for Communication. You also hereby agree that you shall not make use of “The Service” for any commercial purpose, including reselling and/or co-branding/private labeling.

As a condition of your use of “The Service”, you, “The User”, agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by “The Service’s” registration form.
  • Maintain and promptly update the Registration Information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, “DebtNegate” has the right to terminate the user account and refuse any and all current or future use of “The Service”.
  • Grant “DebtNegate” the right to use/disclose aggregate registration information to third parties in connection with marketing of services, subject to the privacy policy. You have also consented to “DebtNegate” using your registration information to target advertising and other service offers.

6. Usage Obligations As a condition of your use of “The Service”, you will not use “The Service” for any illegal purposes. You will be solely responsible for the contents of transmissions made by you through “The Service”.

You agree not to use “The Service” to:

  • Obstruct or hinder the use and enjoyment of “The Service” by other Users;
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

  • Upload files that contain viruses, worms, or corrupted files;
  • “Stalk” or harass other users, or collect/store personal data about other users;
  • Advertise, promote, or offer to sell/buy any goods or services for business purposes unless explicitly allowed;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of “The Service”;
  • Violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or any other law;
  • Conduct any activity that aids terrorism or endangers U.S. military personnel.

“DebtNegate” has no obligation to monitor “The Service”, but reserves the right to review and remove posted materials and terminate access at any time without notice.

7. User Account, Password, and Security As part of “The Service’s” registration process, you will provide current, complete, and accurate information. After enrollment, you will be provided a username and password. You take total responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify “DebtNegate” immediately of any unauthorized use. “DebtNegate” will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorized usage of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability You expressly understand and agree that to the extent permitted under applicable law, “DebtNegate” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • The use or the inability to use the service;
  • The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
  • Any other matter relating to the service.

10. In-House Program “CuraDebt” offers an in-house program for both debt relief and tax debt services.

11. Content Provided to the Service “DebtNegate” does not claim ownership of the content you provide, post, or submit. However, by submitting content, you grant “DebtNegate” and its affiliate sites permission to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, edit, translate, and reformat your submission in connection with operating their Internet businesses.

12. Disclosures and Warnings Debt settlement services are not appropriate for everyone. Failure to pay your monthly bills in a timely manner will result in increased balances and will harm your credit rating. Not all creditors will agree to reduce principal balance, and they may pursue collection, including lawsuits.

Legal Disclaimers & State Availability

DebtNegate.com does not receive any fees for any free counseling sessions. If you qualify for the Performance Based Debt Settlement Program, we may receive a small compensation that has no effect on the cost of your services. Not all services are available in all states. Individual results vary. Past outcomes are not a prediction of future results. No one can initially guarantee debt will be reduced at any specific percentage.

DebtNegate DOES NOT assume or pay any consumer debts and DOES NOT provide tax or legal advice. If you seek legal or tax advice, you should consult with a qualified, knowledgeable, competent tax specialist or attorney. Read and understand all contract provisions and terms prior to enrollment. A minimum of $5,000 is needed to qualify for the debt relief programs.

Restricted States: Some Debt Relief Services are not available to residents of certain states including CT, HI, ID, KS, LA, ME, MT, NH, NV, OR, SC, TN, UT, VT, and WV. Tax Services are not available in PA and PR.
